Presidium is a statutory body of the association. The chairman and vice-chairmen negotiate on behalf of the Forest Nursery Association of the Czech Republic.
The seat of the association: Čáslav, J. Dobrovského 923, post code 286 01, Czechia
The address of its registered office is the same one as the address of the seat of the association. The operative and executive body of the association is the manager/ manageress, who negotiates for the association externally on the basis of a power of attorney granted to him/ her by the chairman of the association.
The Forest Nursery Association of the Czech Republic is registered in the Register of associations kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, section L, file 72862.
